Maxxwell Production is a professional service company, provides "classical" Slotting Perforation Technology (SPT) - reasonably efficient method for increase productive inflow in newly drilled, and old low productive oil and gas wells in the United States and Canada.
Maxxwell Production operates by own Slot Perforation (SPT) tool, developed and produced by own design, according to own patent US8863823, confirmed and protected by United States Patent and Trademark Offices.
Maxxwell Production works directly with oil and gas operators and services companies.

MAXXWELL PRODUCTION HISTORY
The main team of experienced Slotting Perforation Technology (SPT) experts of the future company was formed in 2008. Until 2010-2012 very different companies occasionally hired our specialists for geological and geophysical analyzes, and for perform one-time Slotting Perforation process due re-completion of some oil and gas wells in the United States and Canada. We worked for "Data Oil & Gas Exploration Production", "Gas Production Intensification", "Oil Production Intensification Ltd.", "GoEnergy Inc.", "Shtolz Ltd". and other. None of these companies could not carry out SPT processes independently, without our SPT specialists, so we have participated in all SPT re-completions without exception.
In late 2010 our team began to cooperate closely with the company "GoEnergy Inc." (California, United States). Just then there was the name of our future company "Maxxwell". With the financial support of "LUKOIL Overseas Holding Ltd.", under organizational assistance of "GoEnergy Inc.", on the base of "Paul Graham Drilling and Service Co." workshop in Rio Vista (California), Maxxwell" team studied, tested, upgraded and improved Slotting Perforation equipment/tool and separate individual parts, and jointly with "Halliburton" (Woodland, California) conducted tests re-completions with Slotting Perforation Technology on real gas wells in Rio Vista (California). Research and development works continued until the autumn 2011. The result was the next patent for slot perforation tool (SPT): Patent US 8240369 "Slot-perforating system for oil, gas and hydro-geological wells" (granted August 14, 2012).
In 2012, "Maxxwell" team finally were able to register our own company "Maxxwell Production".
"Maxxwell Production" slotting perforation (SPT) specialists worked in the United States (California, Kansas, Nebraska, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas), and Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan) with such companies as "Chevron USA", "Baker Hughes USA", "C & J Energy Services USA", "Halliburton USA", "Schlumberger USA", "Halliburton Canada", "Consolidated”, “Trican”, "Canyon" and other.
In 2011 we took part in the "Oil and gas exhibition and conferences" in Calgary (Alberta). Our SPT experts are members of many specialized organizations, they periodically are participating in different conferences, forums, meetings and constantly advise companies in other countries.
For slot perforation technology (SPT) shows interest of oil and gas companies from Algeria, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Oman, Poland, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United States, etc.
We are in constant works for research and development for improve of slotting perforation (SPT) equipment/tool and individual components and parts, carried out constant tests both in the laboratory and in the real oil and gas wells. We are creating new patents and new special computer programs for calculation of the technological parameters of hydro-slotting perforation processes.
Since the beginning of 2015 Maxxwell Production designed and built special slotting perforation (SPT) tool/equipment for horizontal wells. Currently, research is underway to create a cheap but more reliable slot-perforation devices, that which may in the future be able to work without the involvement of expensive pumps and rigs.

Safety compliance is an integral part of any service, especially related to the oil and gas industry. Work on the well-site associated with higher risks. In case slotting perforation professional service to direct operations on the wells are allowed only trained and experienced specialists. Safety precautions must be respected everywhere: in the laboratory during assembly and disassembly SPT tool/equipment, during testing SPT tool/equipment (operators are working with high pressures and temperatures, various oils and hazardous liquids), directly on the well-site during the SPT processes. It is necessary periodically check safety knowledges, periodically check and test personal protective equipment (PPE), keep records and control during testing SPT tool/equipment, monitor compliance with the safety in the laboratory, workshop, workplace, office, and periodically check and log the necessary compliance safety requirements.
